I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Case was handed off to the paralegal who took days to weeks to ever respond. This causes delay upon delay. Documents required were not presented to me until last minute or too late. This led to a delayed closing despite everything else being in order during ...a two month process. I was charged additional fees for some documents that should not have been charged. I was contacted to ask about the service provided and if I've recommend to a friend. When I told them know, they asked if I'd like to speak with someone. I was told I'd get a call back "soon." No phone call, so I called back a few days later - again no return of a phone call. I called back a month later and spoke to someone new and was given a specific date to receive a call back, which never came. This firm has high turn over of staff at all levels. They do not care about you. While the price is enticing, you're getting what you pay for and end up paying more in other areas. Pay a little more upfront with someone else and save in other areas, including stress.

My husband and I hired Mr. Kaplan for the closing of our home, we were very disappointed with the services his office provided. Communication with us was very poor and documents that were supposed to be presented to us were never presented. Our case was handed over to the paralegal, Ivette. Ivette... is unprofessional in her approach and does not know how to put together a simple and concise document. We contacted Mr. Kaplan with our feedback but received not response, indication that they do not care about their Clients.
