AVOID at all costs

Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. No one in the firm will get you what you need, or be in touch for weeks. You'll get the runaround that you will be called back, but YOU WILL NOT. My first time homebuyers anticipated a smooth process on a simple transaction, but paralegal Li...ndsay turned their experience into nothing but a stressful nightmare. We were given the excuse that she had Covid, but no response from ANYONE in the firm regarding their file in over 3 weeks is completely unacceptable. Be warned that their negligence will absolutely result in your closing being delayed as it did with my buyers. You get what you pay for - DO NOT go with a $495 discount attorney unless you want to work with people who see you as another number in their books.

Terrible firm

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Case was handed off to the paralegal who took days to weeks to ever respond. This causes delay upon delay. Documents required were not presented to me until last minute or too late. This led to a delayed closing despite everything else being in order during ...a two month process. I was charged additional fees for some documents that should not have been charged. I was contacted to ask about the service provided and if I've recommend to a friend. When I told them know, they asked if I'd like to speak with someone. I was told I'd get a call back "soon." No phone call, so I called back a few days later - again no return of a phone call. I called back a month later and spoke to someone new and was given a specific date to receive a call back, which never came. This firm has high turn over of staff at all levels. They do not care about you. While the price is enticing, you're getting what you pay for and end up paying more in other areas. Pay a little more upfront with someone else and save in other areas, including stress.
