I was down 0-for-1 when I was referred to, and hired, Lou Nappen (I had lost FID Denial Appeal with previous firm). Lou was able to accurately represent my Constitutional position, take my fight to the State, and ultimately to finally restore my Second Amendment rights which had been stripped of me ...by the state of New Jersey without ever even being charged with any wrong-doing at all, nevermind convicted. Lou got the judge to issue an order to the local police department and prosecutor's office to issue my previously denied FID and return all of my weapons immediately. I should also mention that I'm an honorably retired member of the military with more deadly force training and firearms safety training than your average cop.
