V-I-C-T-O-R-Y!!!! Thank you Lou!!!

I had to retain Nappen Law Firm to represent me on a denial of my 2nd Amendment right. Mr. Nappen made no promises and while hard to get ahold of and not being able to speak to him other than my original conversation with him and then right before court, he is well worth hiring to represent you. Wa...lking out of court, Louis was able to say we overcame 3 of the disqualifiers/allegations (all of which were unfounded as they were untrue) but we had to leave the last to the Judge to answer, and although no reason to deny the Judge could have sided with the PD. I was fortunate as the Judge took the time to hear the case and actively listen during testimony. My case was dragged out (over 10 months; over a year from when I applied). It got to the point between having to testify on a sensitive subject and feeling like I had zero chance of winning as they blatantly lied as to their accusations that I packed up my TOOLS and was about to go surrender and pull my court case. Thankfully I had a group behind me encouraging me to continue and gave me the courage to see the case through. If you truly believe you were wrongly denied and that they used a status that you were a victim of a crime, hire this office. Louis was sensitive to the issue at hand. Louis introduced evidence that played a great part in proving me innocent of what I was being accused of. The judge even stated in part of his opinion "When reviewing an application, a police chief must consider the interests of the community and must not make a decision that is "arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable"." I happened to call the Law Firm as Louis sent me a congratulatory email – and I have to say, what a relief; tears of joy streamed down my face after a year plus since my application was submitted. Thank you Louis! It took me sometime to think of what to say but I think I hit upon all points. I'd also like to thank all those in NJ for fighting for our rights and leading me to Nappen Law Firm as the best to represent my case! Support those fighting for our rights! Firearm Representation

I was referred to Lou from a firearm range instructor which now I know why. I contacted him, we spoke, he gave me thoughts and a plan. Within his projected timeframe I prevailed and we won. Lou,s experience, explanations, and followup is unrivaled. Above all I felt that I had your full attention and... it mattered personally. I believe he is the best in New Jersey in the Firearm realm. Advice to others: use the attorney’s that practice in their primary field.

A True Advocate of the 2A Community

Louis Nappen is a wealth of information pertaining to 2A (2nd Amendment). He handled my 2A matter with great care. He answered all my questions and provided excellent legal advice. He made my ordeal less stressful. He took a vested interest in my case. He was prompt with filings, returning emails qui...ckly, and even called and spoke with me at length regarding my matter. I truly appreciated his guidance and expertise. Best part, we won. I could not have done this without his help. I highly recommend Louis Nappen to anyone who looking for a true 2A advocate. Louis Nappen and his entire team are the best in the business.

Welcome to New Jersey

I was down 0-for-1 when I was referred to, and hired, Lou Nappen (I had lost FID Denial Appeal with previous firm). Lou was able to accurately represent my Constitutional position, take my fight to the State, and ultimately to finally restore my Second Amendment rights which had been stripped of me ...by the state of New Jersey without ever even being charged with any wrong-doing at all, nevermind convicted. Lou got the judge to issue an order to the local police department and prosecutor's office to issue my previously denied FID and return all of my weapons immediately. I should also mention that I'm an honorably retired member of the military with more deadly force training and firearms safety training than your average cop. So, if you were to think that background would gain some consideration from the State, you'd be wrong. If you have second amendment legal issues with the state of New Jersey, do not attempt to go it alone. You're navigating a minefield blind. You need a law firm that deals only with gun rights and Constitutionally related issues if you expect to keep the State from running over you. Fortunately, you've found them.
