Leslie is a phenomenal lawyer who not only took a personal interest in my case but worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was handled correctly for me during the sale of my house. She was available for me whenever I needed, whether it be via phone call, email etc. and never hesitated to help ...when I had any questions or concerns. She is not only a great lawyer but also a great person who adds a personal touch to her cases and clients. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate attorney! Leslie is by far the worst real estate lawyer - she handled a short-sale closing for us and was awful from start to finish. She was completely unresponsive whenever we tried to reach her, folded to every demand made by the opposing side and did not protect our interests throughout the entire process.... My mother lost her house in Sandy and was essentially was homeless but had her heart set on this house that was a short sale. We finally got the necessary approvals just before our mortgage rate expired (thanks in no part to Leslie Vincent) and were told that the seller would not move out until more than 1 week after closing. The seller didn't pay her mortgage and obviously had no money for rent so money was held in escrow to cover the cost of 1 weeks rent + agent commissions. It is now 2 months since we've closed and we've yet to see that money. Leslie's is again unreachable and only writes letters that produce no result. If you are looking for a real estate attorney, DO NOT use Leslie.
