Kevin was referred to my neighbors and I, by a local politician, after our neighborhood was negatively impacted by a local trucking business, literally located in the middle of our neighborhood. We felt as though we would never get a fair hearing, as the business owner was well-known and had donated... a lot of land to the local community. The business owner hired the best local attorney, who was well-known to our township planning board. We met with Kevin, who listened to us. He created a plan of action, and executed on it. Being at the hearing was a priceless experience. Kevin who was not known to our townships planning board, was really the underdog. After hearing the business owners testimony, Kevin questioned the business owner, the business owners attorney, and the planning board. Kevin clearly outclassed the wealthy business owners attorney, and the smug look on the face of that attorney disappeared. Even after the hearing, Kevin was sure to keep us in the loop, and provided recommendations in the case of an appeal, which looked very unlikely.
