Arrogant and unprofessional
For one she has an attitude and comes off very aggressive. Looks un interested to what is being said and was literally putting on lip gloss as the trial was going on. Sits back and drinks her coffee three to many times. Overall rude and nasty person

Julie Serfess - not a good listener.
Ms. Serfess was very smug during our consultation and was not a very good listener. I thought she was very full of herself and showed not respect to my husband and me.

This is the single most talented and prepared attorney I have ever dealt with or encountered in.35 years of practice. She cares about what she does. She is a pefectionist and it shows. God help you if you go up against her in trial and you're not prepared. Passaic county prosecutor was brilliant...
