Mr. Bastarrika handled my divorce and custody case and I do not recommend hiring him. The divorce mediation process was a disaster and far more stressful than necessary given that Mr. Bastarrika failed to communicate a plan, did not provide advice prior to any session and he pushed me aggressively to... accept terms that were deeply unfavorable to me resulting in tens of thousands of wasted dollars. I learned what should have been done after I terminated him and hired a new lawyer to manage a significant amount of post-judgement issues that should have been addressed in a clear MSA document.

Lo contraté como mi abogado, le pagé por sus servicios y no quedé contenta con su trabajo. Me tuve que buscar otro abogado por que me llamaron para firmar y cuando leí que la custodia se la estaban dando al padre de los niños por decisión de el y sus empleados casi me da un ataque. NO SE LO RECOMIEN...DO a nadie! Busquen otro abogado.
