I will have to respectfully disagree with all of the attorney responses posted here. My experience with John H Yauch was abysmal. My case began with one count of receiving stolen good and end up with a second count for unlawful use of an access device. I was railroaded into signing the agreement whic...h is led to a 5 years sentence. The hallmark of America is that the little guy gets to see justice done. We are all equals in the eyes of the law. Unfortunately, our current system, our laws, do not align with our judicial system—the one that we all believe in so much. If justice is only available for those who can afford it, then, the system is broken, period. “. . .with liberty and justice for all” That phrase is supposed to represent the idea that each citizen or non-citizen is equal under the law, and not to be “deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law,” as indicated in the Bill of Rights. But, because of an attorney like John Yauch many have been deprived of these rights.
