John closed my NJ home in 2014, but when an issue with radon occurred post inspection he did not advocate on my behalf. He recommended putting the fee for remediation into escrow even though I had a paid invoice from the contractor. After I finally resolved the inspection and received approval from... the township in 2015/2016 I attempted to get my escrow back from the buyer's attorney but was told to have mine attorney make the formal request. Multiple phone calls/emails to John has passed and no response/action on his part so I will loose my escrow which is more than I paid him for the entire closing! Very poor customer experience.

Think before you hire this attorney. I get stuck really bad with him. My mortgage get denied and tje seller was not returning my deposit back even though it clearly says in contract that I get full refund back if mortgage not approved. I have to spent more money to hire a different lawyer to fight... my case.
