Took our money and now will not respond
John acted friendly and said the work was no problem. He was so quick to respond to us when we were inquiring about using him. Once he was paid he said he would get back to us with in a week. Not receiving our papers and no answer but excuses and he was paid
He was paid promptly a huge amount of money, seemed nice and easy to get along with but after receiving my last check to close out the files he has advoided us and come up with every excuse in the book for not sending the final closing papers. Why? He has disappointed us as we thought he was a good...

Took family money, failed to signed a mutual retainer, failed to communicate by mail, failed to forward evidence and documents, failed to communicate by phone anywhere from a week to a month at a time. When confronted, he "fired" his client.
