Very, super rude and unprofessional. I called him recommended by another lawyer. When explaining my situation, he said he did not understand and he couldn’t help me and just hanged up. Tried calling back just to tell him that was rude and unprofessional but did not answer. Thanks God at least he did ...not take my case!

After a lengthy litigation against a landlord and realtor regarding breach of contract/misrepresentation/fraud...on steps of courthouse before a settlement conference, this attorney directly told me, his client, that if I did not accept the proposed settlement offered, no matter what I felt about whe...ther it was a fair offer or not, he would quit since my business had been sold and he said I had no more money to pay his fees, and I would have to find another attorney as well as continuing to pay him. Additionally, he advised me that he would sue me for the fees yet unpaid. Not understanding that what he had just told me was not legal and being extremely stressed upon hearing that, I took the settlement offered...which was 75k...my legal fees were 81k. So who won that case....yes, the lawyer did. What seemed to be a great lawyer in the beginning of my case who would fight for me, wimped out in the end.
