He is a poor excuse for a lawyer. He doesn't try to help you out your situation, automatically try to give you jail time or probation. He minds well be a judge instead. I've been out of a job for 2 months because of my case and i asked for him to speed up the process and court date and he wouldnt res...pond back to any of my calls. This lawyer really sucks! I wouldn't recommend him at all.

Let me tell you about Mr. Phoenix. He is a life saver. Without him, I would have lost my job. When I first met him, I was panicking. He calmed me down and explained thoroughly why I should not be worried. He made me feel like I had a team on my side. I was terrified that I would have a crimin...al record but he played all of his cards right and got me a great deal. He always returned my phone calls, gave me honest advice and was always respectful. He filed lots of motions and always explained what they were for and why he was filing them. As a result, he got two of my charges completely dismissed, and a third one downgraded to a non-felony. I am truly blessed to have had him. I can never repay him.

He did not try to force me to take a deal and he told me the consequences of every choice I might make. The truth is the whole justice system sucks. The laws are too strict and the punishments are too harsh. Mr. Phoenix does the best he can to try to help people within a broken system.
