Great lawyer
I've had several dealings with Ms Richter. The way she deals with clients, which in all three cases for elderly, is outstanding! She was patient, kind and thorough.

I highly recommend.
Ms. Richter handled the wills, POAs, and real estate closing for the home of my mother and father who are now deceased. I looked up her name online today so that I could give her a call to handle my mother's estate as she has recently passed away. She has always been professional, informative, and precise in her dealings with me regarding legal matters for my parents; not to mention, she always either answered my phone calls immediately, or as soon as she was able to.

Bad lawyer
We made the decision to retain the counsel of Janet Richter . What a big mistake! She was totally unprofessional and showed conflict of interest. Was completely forgetful of conversations we had with her. Her advise was inaccurate. Would definitely not recommend her. Her bad advise cost of a lot of money.

Receptionist is down right rude
I called the office today. Just based on the professionalism of the receptionist I would never go to this lawyer. First impressions start with the person answering the phone.

This attorney should hand in her "shingle"
She is unprofessional. Ms. Richter is not trustworthy. She gives the impression of "shadiness". Her advice is poor; much of it is suggestive of conflict of interest. Not worth a dime.
