Jim did a great job helping my wife and I buy a house in September 2013. He did a nice job working with us to get a few things thrown in (refrigerator, grill) that the owners did not include in the contract, and helped us as first-time buyers find an inspector, oil tank surveying company, and title s...ervice. He helped lower the sale price by $7500 based on things found in the inspection, so he easily paid for himself. We will use him again if we ever move.
