Great attorney

This attorney is one great lawyer, I had a case back in 2010 in Monmouth county superior court at first I had a public defender this defender was one of the most incompetent lawyers I've ever had. So here's how the story goes I withdrew 15k from my joint account with my wife at the time but we were g...oing through a divorce so she filed a theft by deception case against me. At my first appearance I go in front of the judge and tell him this is a domestic dispute I don't know why it's in the criminal courts the pd I had was overwhelmed with cases so really wasn't paying attention to my case like he should've been. All of a sudden I get a plea offer from the PD for a 4 year prison sentence or 5 years probation if I returned the money. The next day I scraped together some money and went and looked for an attorney. I spoke to a few sheriffs there and they told me about this attorney jimmy fagen. I go there and explain my case to him he excepts my case and comes to court with me the next day I told him I only had 1000 at the time and I needed some time to get the rest of the funds wich was 1500 more he was very understanding. Immediately entering the court I could tell this man was respected there even the prosecutors were very respectful with him. So, Before the judge comes in the court he tells the prosecutor this is not a criminal case and we're wasting our time prosecutor disagrees and states it is a criminal case. Mr fagen then was getting impatient and said let's go talk to your boss. Eventually mr. Fagen and the prosecutor return and all of a sudden my case is thrown out. Even after having the agreement for the 2500 Mr. Fagen tells me don't worry about the rest just to take it easy and take care of myself. I can understand if I was a repeat offender and he knows he would be getting my business again but I have a clean record and he understood completely what I was going through. I used to be a interpreter for the courts this attorney is one of the best I've ever seen.
