I called them in the end of November 2017, asking how much it would cost to prepare power of attorney papers (three documents) with apostille, for selling our apartment overseas. The answer was: $350. My next question was: How long will it take? The answer: About four days. I said OK, let's do it. G...ave my credit card information to them. Sent to them the samples of exact documents we needed. All they had to do was: copy those three papers, change the name and passport information into my daughter's and notarize them with apostille. I asked them to let me know when everything is ready, gave them my phone number and email. Waited for about a week - nothing. Had to leave on vacation. Called them right after I came back - December 13th 2017. Turned out, they had not started yet. Later on they said that they received only two samples from me (which is not true, as I have copies of all my emails to them), and now they wanted $450 instead of $350. I said OK. When are the papers going to be ready? (We had a buyer for our apartment and needed to mail the papers out as soon as possible). The answer: It will take about a week, if your daughter can sign it tomorrow (for apostille they have to send it to Trenton). I worked next day and couldn't take my daughter over there (my daughter is a legally blind military veteran, it is a permanent condition, she cannot drive, and she is going through cancer treatments, on top of that), so we had to ask her friend to drive her to the law firm next day. In a week I called them and ask: Are our papers ready, we need to mail them out? The answer: No, it will take about a week and a half. Anyway, when I finally got the papers from them, I took pictures of the documents, with my cell, and mailed them out same day through DHL express mail, paid more than $100 for that. I also sent the pictures of these documents to the real estate agent overseas. Who quickly responded with bad news: there were multiple(!) mistakes in each of those documents! The law firm clerks were not able even to copy them without mistakes! So. We lost the buyer, because he could not wait any longer. I had to ask another firm to re-do the documents. And the owner of the firm never called me back! They charged me almost half a thousand dollars for nothing! That is how this firm works! Never ever am I going to have business with this law firm again.

I highly recommend Mayzel Law Group to anyone who wants their case, easy or complicated, handled right from the start and who wants FULL confidence in the best possible outcome. Nothing is more important in legal and immigration than having good attorney from the beginning rather that trying to fix t...hings later at much greater the price and years or delays. My case was not easy in my mind and I have spoken to other law offices, but i just could not get full confidence from those people that they even understand what to do. In 1st 15 min she described in full detail the entire process, the time it will take and all possible issues or problems that may or may not come up. We did encounter some expected and unexpected underwater rocks along the way but we were able to handle them all and always come up with solutions. One thing I remembered especially. When I asked if it was possible to fix my status, Isabella said that if it was not, she would not take the case. If she takes it, you can be sure there is a chance and they will do everything possible to maximize it and win. I recommended this office to all my friends and anyone looking for true professionals. I dealt with 3 members or the office: Isabella herself was always in charge of things, her daughter Alla walked us through most of the details and went to courts with us and one more guy, who went to our final interview. True professionalism, deep knowledge all the way from all as well as personable approach where you truly feel that they do care!

I dealt with many lawyers before Isabella Mayzel and can assure you that she is the best lawyer in the area. My immigration case was so complicated that no lawyer could help. Until however somebody told me about Isabella and that she wins even the most complicated cases. She was my last hope so I mad...e the appointment. I can see why some people write that Isabella is rough with her clients; I also got that impression in the first ten minutes of me talking to her. However, I can assure you that it is simply because she needs to know what she needs to know in order to help you.
