I had the most horrible experience with this attorney. She acted as if she were a persecutor in court with me not an attorney (and I actually never did anything wrong or illegal, so this was double "funny"). She charged twice as much for her consultation compared to what her secretary said over the p...hone. Also, as she turned out she had NO CLUE. She said my issue was so horrible that I would never get out of trouble with immigration, get deported etc. etc. After I went to a different attorney, it turned out that there was no issue at all and 4 months later I got my citizenship without a single problem, swimmingly. Stay away!

I went in for a consultation after seeing her appear on a Russian TV show about immigration; there she seemed the answer to all my troubles... Isabella was not at all knowledgeable about my type of case and was looking on the computer for 20 to 30 minutes and concluded that I was not eligible. I was ...very upset and disappointed with this kind of an answer in the next day I called and asked to speak to her so that you could give me a detailed explanation as to exactly why I wasn't eligible but apparently I needed to pay another $150 (on top of the 300), to receive the answer that she should've given me in the first place at the time of the consultation. To make a long story short I went To two other attorneys and both said my case was fairly straightforward ...got my papers within six months, Yay!

I called them in the end of November 2017, asking how much it would cost to prepare power of attorney papers (three documents) with apostille, for selling our apartment overseas. The answer was: $350. My next question was: How long will it take? The answer: About four days. I said OK, let's do it. G...ave my credit card information to them. Sent to them the samples of exact documents we needed. All they had to do was: copy those three papers, change the name and passport information into my daughter's and notarize them with apostille. I asked them to let me know when everything is ready, gave them my phone number and email. Waited for about a week - nothing. Had to leave on vacation. Called them right after I came back - December 13th 2017. Turned out, they had not started yet. Later on they said that they received only two samples from me (which is not true, as I have copies of all my emails to them), and now they wanted $450 instead of $350. I said OK. When are the papers going to be ready? (We had a buyer for our apartment and needed to mail the papers out as soon as possible). The answer: It will take about a week, if your daughter can sign it tomorrow (for apostille they have to send it to Trenton). I worked next day and couldn't take my daughter over there (my daughter is a legally blind military veteran, it is a permanent condition, she cannot drive, and she is going through cancer treatments, on top of that), so we had to ask her friend to drive her to the law firm next day. In a week I called them and ask: Are our papers ready, we need to mail them out? The answer: No, it will take about a week and a half. Anyway, when I finally got the papers from them, I took pictures of the documents, with my cell, and mailed them out same day through DHL express mail, paid more than $100 for that. I also sent the pictures of these documents to the real estate agent overseas. Who quickly responded with bad news: there were multiple(!) mistakes in each of those documents! The law firm clerks were not able even to copy them without mistakes! So. We lost the buyer, because he could not wait any longer. I had to ask another firm to re-do the documents. And the owner of the firm never called me back! They charged me almost half a thousand dollars for nothing! That is how this firm works! Never ever am I going to have business with this law firm again.
