Worst customer service ever, they don’t pick up your calls & have a major attitude problem. We called numerous times in the morning & afternoon by me & their client & they don’t even have a voice mail set up so you can’t even leave a message. I had to change my schedule to make a trip there & pay the...m a visit at 2pm. As I walk in I also called their phone just in case, the lawyer comes out of a room and I mentioned we’ve been trying to reach him the whole day and he says “they don’t answer calls and as much as possible make it harder for customers to reach them.” What planet is this ding dong from & what type of business are they to tell customers that. So I said, it’s just that we’ve been trying to reach you the whole day & have to change plans just to be here. I ask him so you don’t accept calls just walk-ins? He makes an excuse because of the pandemic and says “I have to watch out for myself & be careful.” I’m just astonished with this guy’s excuse one after another. So accepting calls to him are riskier than walk-ins. I suggested it would be nice if a person can leave a voice message and he gave me another attitude telling me not to tell him what to do with his business.. lol! It’s just too hilarious with this clown and my advice is for people just to stay away from this place.
