Hired this attorney through my EAP. Worst choice ever. Throughout my divorce proceedings he was uninterested in resolving the case expeditiously or to my favor. In an email I was told to "quit b%*#$hing". Essentially his lack of action caused me to take a basic divorce and have stretched out out ov...er the years, investing most of my retirement to fix his errors with little success. Because of his inaction, I believe I was condemned and have list fair and equal rights to my children. Breaks my heart that some lawyers are so callous to what their actions of inactions can do to a family. I will be looking into a malpractice suit if I can. He was reported to the bar association.
