I have used George at the same time for the selling of my ex marital residence and purchase of my new home. Both were less than desirable and would not recommend. To his credit, he is a warm and friendly man. His intentions are good, but his attention to detail was costly to me and unacceptable. For... example, he missed deadlines when buyers were to have put deposit in escrow. we assumed he would have notified us if they did not pay, but he did not. Needless to say we lost months on that deal and lost the deal and had no recourse. Also, once our deals were done and George held escrow, ie after he was paid at closing, he would not return any emails or calls and plainly just unacceptable. Again, he is a good guy. He can get your deals officially notarized and shows up when he says he will, but I was truly disgusted as time went on and the only reason I am posting this. He is less expensive than most, but one gets what they pay for is the lesson i took from thisl
