I hired his services because I was living abroad and I needed someone to evict my tenants for not paying the rent. I paid him up front; after a month I asked for the status, he said that everything was submitted, he was very rude with his responses as well, after 3 months with no court date for the e...viction I decided to hire another attorney's services who confirmed that Eugenio had not started any paperwork until I told him that I was going to hire another attorney. My new attorney said that Eugenio's paperwork was very poorly filled out but my new attorney took very good care of it and managed to evict my tenants much quickly. To get some of money back from Eugenio's incomplete work I had to call every single day from abroad because he would just lie saying that he was in the process of sending me the check. Because of his delay I had tenants living in my house for free for 6 months.
