Daniel Barros is an attorney at the Cutolo Mandel Law Firm. He understands some condominium law but is not extremely knowledgeable. Homeowners were confused as to what he was saying. Mr. Barros also became too friendly with the Management Company, Association Advisors of Freehold, that was careless and negligent in managing the complex and creating unnecessary legal issues. When homeowners spoke out about issues to him he did nothing. As a result our legal expense started escalating. Association Advisors was recommended by Cutolo Law for Sherwood Court.
