Cynthia Anne Seda-Schreiber

Cynthia Seda-Schreiber was assigned to my legal case while I was hospitalized at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital (TPH-DRAKE)... I had multiple charges of harrassment and terroristic threats while mentally unstable and was seeking either dismissal of all charges or verdicts of Not Guilty by Reason of In...sanity on all charges... Cynthia seemed competent and willing to represent me to the best of her ability so I trusted her... Unfortunately, she had me transferred to MCCI in Freehold and then I was wrongly convicted on a Terroristic Threats charge and sent to prison for 3 years... I contacted Cynthia many times during my prison sentence to try to convince her and everyone else that I should be housed in a Mental Health Facility... The closest I came to that was spending 30 days at Anne Klein Forensic Center for an evaluation and then sent back to prison... I was quite disappointed with Cynthia's representation... I probably should give a review of only 2 stars instead of 4... After my prison sentence was over, I had another trial where I was not represented by Cynthia... I was found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity on all charges and ended up spending 2 1/2 years at TPH-ITU on Krol Status... All in all, I wasn't very satisfied with Cynthia's legal representation and how she handled my cases...
