I had to negotiate my own settlement because she did not negotiate on my behalf , and i took the low-ball number because i realized she was incompetent and knows nothing about settlement or professional behavior with a paying client. She was hired as my uncle's and I was confused be case her business card said criminal defensive, yet this and other websites have her listed as a medical malpractice attorney. Her representation of my uncle included flirting with the prosecutor & wearing a skirt suit that was tight & short. She arri...ved to court late (without) calling and said she was late because her child had a project at school that she didn't want to miss. She was 50% prepared for court & ask for an adjournment for her to collect evidence from the prosecutor. She had 2 weeks to obtain the discovery. The next court date she had the discovery but failed to subpoena a witness. At this point, my uncle and other family members decided that we should look for another lawyer.
