Mr. Miranda has demonstrated a ridiculous lack of care for a real estate deal which he WILLINGLY accepted. He purposefully did not communicate necessary details to us and swept the queries under the rug to try and push forward the real estate deal just so he could get his money, thus causing us to l...ose upwards of $10,000 simply because of his lack of regard for anyone except himself. Additionally, he FAILED to appear in court despite being SUMMONED by the Court. I would not even recommend this excuse for a lawyer to my worst enemy, let alone a friend. His office staff is snarky and rude as well, and have a habit of purposefully not answering phone calls and emails when they recognize the phone number. Additionally, he often takes multiple vacations over the span of a few weeks and does not even reply to important emails when real estate deals are active. None of the parties are informed, and they find out when he just doesn't show up to SCHEDULED meetings.
