Brian F Amery

Brian Amery was my lawyer from about December 1, 2001 to about April 20, 2002 while I was a Morgan Stanley stockbroker who was the target of a October 2001 customer complaint by a client who had followed me from Smith Barney in 2001. Although I had refused to cooperate with Smith Barney's defense ...against the customer complaint, my lawyer Brian Amery betrayed my trust and, without informing me, Amery conveyed on a wholesale basis my percipient knowledge about the claim to Smith Barney (which was Amery's client in numerous other matters but not in this matter), knowledge that Amery had gained from me by becoming my lawyer. Also egregiously, my lawyer Brian Amery (after he unilaterally withdrew as my lawyer) submitted a false Declaration on September 6, 2002 in which Amery falsely swore that I never refused to cooperate with Smith Barney. Amery also falsely testified to such at the Pacific Exchange arbitration. The arbitrators ruled that I refused to cooperate with Smith Barney
