Brandon Louis Martin

Brandon is by far one of the best lawyers I have worked with. He helped me with the purchase of my home back in February 2022. I was very pregnant and needed to get out of my apartment asap so needless to say I was under a lot of pressure and stress along with having a 2 year old, elderly mother, and... job to juggle. This lawyer made my life so much easier and helped me through every step of the way with all negotiations including calling, texting me every day and just staying on top of all communication back and forth with our “Landing a home ASAP” project. I am completely indebted to him for all of his hard work and efforts in guiding me in the right direction. We love our home! I choose Brandon every time.

Received him as my lawyer in January 2020 through Upright Law. Sent over all the paperwork and paid up by June 2020 but no response. Called the office multiple times in the last year and the secretary supposedly passed down my messages but no response back. He can't even text back but once in a yea...r or answer his phone after I've left over 10 plus voicemails. I paid him off a year ago and no response, not even one status update. Do not recommend him as a lawyer unless you want to wait for years for a response.

MR MARTIN RECEIVED FULL PYMT 1 JUNE 2020 TO FILE MY BANKRUPTCY. WITHIN 10 DAYS I SENT HIM EVERYTHING SINGLE DOCUMENT THAT HE REQUESTED PLUS OTHERS I KNEW HE WOULD NEED. WE ACTUALLY SPOKE ONLY 3 TIMES. HE WAS TO SEND ME THIS STANDARD BANKRUPTCY APPLICATION COVERING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. (I NEVER GOT ...IT THOUGH I ASKED VIA TALK, MESSAGES, ETC. 6 TIMES. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW THE PROCESS. NO SUCH LUCK. BY THE END OF 2 WEEKS I NEVER RECEIVED A THING FROM HIM. HE STOPPED COMMUNICATING DESPITE MY NUMEROUS MESSAGES. HE JUST VANISHED. HE WAS ASSIGNED TO ME BY UPRIGHT LAW(.COM). I REPORTED HIS POOR BUSINESS ACCUMINE TO THEM. UPRIGHT LAW ASSIGNED ME ANOTHER NJ ATTY.
