Arriel Jean Rubinstein

Rubinstein tried to commit terrible crimes and institutionalizations against my daughter who barely survived, literally screaming to be free from Arriel Rubinstein and judge Melchionne(very bad reputation), who together violated every law, guideline and First, Fourth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment ...rights and then even went after us, both her parents,-- my entire family and children fought them together and finally won a complete victory proving Rubenstein only committed egregious violations of our rights against the well-being of my entire family. Arriel Rubinstein and Melchionne were thrown off the case after they lost for my first daughter and then afterward for the trial to take my 2nd daughter we won a complete victory, first from federal writ of habeas corpus and 2nd after winning at trial and hearings, proving everything Arriel Rubinstein did was to further her career regardless of cost and the tragedy she caused, by using common law family courts without juries or presumption of innocence. Rubinstein's proved malicious prosecution is a disgrace to the state of New Jersey and we now have foundations, international legal enterprises, New Jersey state and U.S. political legislators and candidates and over a dozen groups and over a dozen of the best state and federal fighter attorneys in New Jersey and across the country actively working together to shut them down and end the state and judicial misconduct and literal crimes they only get away with by unconstitutional qualified immunity, which we will bring to an end soon,--our first effort almost succeeded with the House, New Jersey Senators(Booker) and President Biden fully behind our initial efforts, as a start(GFJiPA).
