Ara C Khorozian

Ara and his team were exceptional. He represented me in both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home. Both process were a bit complicated but Ara and his team had all the patience in the world. Unlike the attorney I used for the purchase of my previous home, I felt like Ara had m...y best interest. He was diligent, patient and knowledgeable. It was A pleasure working with Ara and his team. Not only were they always a call or email away to answer any and every questions I had but they also made me feel like family.

We recently had the pleasure of working with @ Ara Khorozian (and team) in the purchase of our dream home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service experience. From our first phone call, Ara explained the transactional process in detail, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep knowl...edge of real estate law, and administered a genuine commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly. What truly sets Ara apart was his personal touch, his sense of calm and control. Buying a home was a significant milestone for us and Ara and his team made sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. Ara and his team turned what could have been a stressful situation into a calming and enjoyable experience. For this reason we highly recommend and endorse, Ara Khorozian's services to anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy real estate attorney. Thank you Ara, for your outstanding work! Ara, Cyn and Dawn went above and beyond helping me and my daughter secure our forever home. They helped us each step of the way. Making the process of buying our condo easy and stress free. Thank you Ara, Cyn and Dawn for our new home. Cyn, thanks for the help you recently provided me. Thumbs up for ...the above and beyond service.

Ara just represented my husband and I in the sale and purchase of our new home. Ara, Cyn and Dawn on his team are absolute delights to work with. They are on top of EVERYTHING. From the first day we contacted him, he made us feel comfortable. He was always available to answer questions and give us ...guidance. We went through 2 cancelled contracts until the third one finally stuck, The end of our transaction got a little bumpy because of our lender but Ara helped us through it great advise and patience. He made sure to include the right things in our contract, for example that the sale of our house was contingent on being able to purchase a new home. Which turned out to be the most important thing written in the contract. The underwriter kept asking for last minute documents even AFTER clearing us to close. Our biggest fear was signing away my house and then not being able to close on my new house. We couldn't sign over our house before being 1000% sure that our purchase was going through. After receiving this news from the lender this team did not authorize the buyers of my house to close until we were completely in the clear to purchase our new house. They were in constant contact with us, the lender and the other party's attorneys making sure everyone was on the same page. Finally we got another "clear to close" and they made sure all wire transfers were coming through at the same time. Executing a simultaneous close is not an easy task as all parties, especially the title companies have to be on point but they pulled it off and we left that office with everyone squared away. They are such an amazing team. I wouldn't hire anyone else in future transactions and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
