Ara just represented my husband and I in the sale and purchase of our new home. Ara, Cyn and Dawn on his team are absolute delights to work with. They are on top of EVERYTHING. From the first day we contacted him, he made us feel comfortable. He was always available to answer questions and give us ...guidance. We went through 2 cancelled contracts until the third one finally stuck, The end of our transaction got a little bumpy because of our lender but Ara helped us through it great advise and patience. He made sure to include the right things in our contract, for example that the sale of our house was contingent on being able to purchase a new home. Which turned out to be the most important thing written in the contract. The underwriter kept asking for last minute documents even AFTER clearing us to close. Our biggest fear was signing away my house and then not being able to close on my new house. We couldn't sign over our house before being 1000% sure that our purchase was going through. After receiving this news from the lender this team did not authorize the buyers of my house to close until we were completely in the clear to purchase our new house. They were in constant contact with us, the lender and the other party's attorneys making sure everyone was on the same page. Finally we got another "clear to close" and they made sure all wire transfers were coming through at the same time. Executing a simultaneous close is not an easy task as all parties, especially the title companies have to be on point but they pulled it off and we left that office with everyone squared away. They are such an amazing team. I wouldn't hire anyone else in future transactions and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
