Ms. Kiernan lost hundreds of thousands of dollars representing my case. It was too late before I realized she was siding with the plaintiff while acting as my defense attorney. She described the plaintiff couple to me as "being real standup people" When she settled for a six figure amount the plainti...ff reneged on paying their own attorney. She didn't insist that the plaintiff meet me face to face for the deposition but allowed them to remain in an upper room. She failed to remind me of the time and place of the interrogatories so I missed that meeting. Dreadful incompetence and disloyalty on her part.
