Aimee Freidin Sitnick is of counsel in Flaster Greenberg’s Real Estate and Construction Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate and institutional finance and has extensive experience in representing clients in transactions involving real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing, disposition, construction and permanent loans, revolving lines of credit, community development and securitized lending.
Ms. Sitnick received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Bradley University, where she was a member of the Psi Chi honor society and earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois.
