In my view I felt mislead in more than one way…I did t feel Nixon acted the right way. 2 weeks held the i Duran e check, the. I was told he will overnight it to me , a week later I found out it was not sent when he said he did. He got his 10% claim closed and he refuses to give a letter releasing me ...so when. The law and ordinance for electric and mold is done he wants his 10%. Insurance and dept of financing told me at this stage is my right to be released of this hook to the law firm . They won’t let go a $ they can get . Rather unpleasant specially towards the end
