Niran Grimberg

I regret hiring this attorney. I did not feel that my case was advocated for strongly, and the final settlement was far below what I believe the case was worth. In my experience, the case did not appear to have the resources or support necessary to be fully litigated, which limited the ability to... pursue a stronger outcome.

I hired Mr. Grimberg back in September of 2021 and then again in September 2022 on a second case to represent me on an employment matter. I was a little apprehensive about hiring him due to his lack of experience in the years he has been in practice but after we spoke I felt confident to move forward.... Unfortunately, hiring Mr. Grimberg was a big mistake. It became obvious to me that he was not respect by opposing counsel in either of my two cases. There would be times when we would have to wait weeks on end for opposing counsel to reply to Mr. Grimberg. When I first hired him he told me that he had big law firm experience but after I terminated him and looked into his work experience, I noticed that he has only worked at lower tier defense firms and for only a few months at each firm. Everything from his strategy to his ability to bring my cases to a resolution was weak and ineffective. I finally ended up terminating him on both of my cases and ultimately lost a significant amount of settlement money having to settle on my own, but in the end it was my only option.

Experience, knowledge and professionalism are just some of the exceptional qualities of Mr. Grimberg. Niran was always very informative, transparent, and I appreciated how he took his time explaining every step in the process. The process was ran smoothly and he was prompt and called every time there... was new information about my case. Great results - Highly Recommended!
