Biography
I no longer want to be on AVVO. Regrettably, AVVO does not remove profiles. They seem to believe that just because my attorney information is public information that one can find from the courthouse or state's regulatory agency, that it is then ethical to take that information and monetize it without any consideration to the person whose information is being so monetized.
Salespeople from AVVO keep calling me and sending me emails to sell me more services. I have repeatedly asked them not to call me or send me emails but that has not stopped them. Today, I went ahead and blacklisted with my email provider. This appears to be the only way to stop receiving emails from these folks. I have also blocked all the phone number from which they call...but they have many phone numbers and so likely I will receive more. I will block them as I receive them...
Anyhow, hopefully, I won't have to waste too much of my time dealing with this again. So, here is my profile on AVVO.
