This includes negotiating and drafting a variety of talent, licensing, consulting, production and recording agreements, as well as non-disclosures, releases and work-for-hires.

Trademarks & Brand Protection
Advice and counsel on brand management, protection and enforcement of various intellectual properties. This includes anti-counterfeiting initiatives, licensing and expansion services. An understanding of the requirements and investments of protecting a client's brand and business needs to promote the latest developments in the intellectual property arena in order to maximize profits.
