Nicole K. Vander Meulen

Nicole was a court appointed attorney for my son Jon . This was his 3rd OWI. Jon has severe and persistent mental health issues. Atty. Nicole and a school guidance counselor assisted us with our son's expulsion meeting. With their expertise, during the meeting, they assisted us with the implementation of an IEP due to our son's recent diagnosis of ADD. Their wealth of knowledge with IEP's and ADD was beneficial because with the IE...P in place, our son will attend an interim alternative educational setting for a short time and the full-year expulsion was removed. Throughout the process they reassured us and made us feel at ease while keeping the focus on our son's future and education. We couldn't have done this alone without their knowledge. I would just like to say thank you to Ms. Vander Meulen and the people whom employee her. When I was in need to obtain an lawyer for my son's expulsion and possible criminal case Nicole not only won the case but she never gave us false hope.
