Nicole R. Fortune

About a year ago I hired Nicole Fortune for a custody/visitation battle. After already being awarded full physical and legal custody of my daughter (2 years prior), the other party, out of blue, filed for immediate joint physical custody due to certain false allegations. A lawyer was necessary to put... the allegations to bed and to push for the thousands of dollars of back child support that was owed to me. Nicole was very honest as what I needed to supply as far as discovery to go forward and as far as the outcome. She helped me become even more organized than I was in a short amount of time. I was thoroughly prepared for our court date no matter what the outcome would be. After no discovery was supplied by the other party and a continuance of our court date the case was eventually dismissed. While I can only speak regarding family law cases, I would highly recommend Nicole Fortune and would use her again if necessary.
