I selected this attorney based on my realtor's recommendation. I wish I'd done more research. Communication with this office is a joke. I had to ask for my closing statement, and literally had no idea what I was netting from my sale until after it was over. It took me three attempts to even find out... that my check had been mailed (6 days after closing, I don't have my money and don't know where it is because they tossed a check for over $200k in the US mail with no tracking).

Worst of the worst, I wish I read the previous review, stay away with this firm!

I cannot agree more with the previous reviewer. This firm made no effort in representing us in home buying/selling process. I found this firm on the list from my broker and used them as our buyer's lawyer, which was just fine at the time. How can a first-time buyer tell? Two years later, when we were... trying to sell the house, we found out they didn't even give us the title! We were too lazy to do a research and chose them again. The biggest mistake I made in my life! They put zero effort, and let the buyer took all the advantage that they can!! Zero communication, never answer a question. Even worse, their staff were changing all the time, so no one knows our case at closing. BTW, they didn't forget to rise the fee over the two years. I am speechless!!! Stay away as far as you can.................

Even for a real estate lawyer, this firm is the worst of the worst

I wish I could include negative numbers. Start to finish, this firm showed absolutely no effort towards representing our interests. In the end, they allowed the sellers to take advantage of a poorly worded clause in the purchase agreement that caused us time, money and significant stress and anxiety.... As a first time homebuyer, I was looking for a firm to fight hard for me and to ease the homebuying process. Instead, I ended up with this joke of a firm. I would best relate them to a kid getting beat up for his lunch money. They acted as nothing more than an answering service, relaying to me how I was getting screwed by doing nothing about it. I would have been better off letting my dog represent us. On top of that, they almost never called me. I was always having to call them to get updates. Again, absolutely not interest in our needs or interests. Please, for your own good, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. The thought of this happening to other people makes me sick.
