Nicholas Andrew Klymenko

Retaining Mr.Klymenko was one of the BEST decisions I could have done for my case. My ex husband had filed before me and had his lawyer sending me paperwork which caused me a lot of stress. Nick came highly recommended by my friend who he represented so I called to schedule a consultation. I was able... to speak to him directly on the phone and we set a date and time for the consultation. When the consultation came around I explained to him my situation and how I was late responding. He jumped right on the case and worked out and a payment plan that was affordable for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the ENTIRE case and believe me it wasn't an easy case for him. It was a lot of twists and turns. He responded in a timely manner to all emails/calls and was very prepared for court. He definitely made us look good and in return we won. He fought for everything I wanted and his paper work was amazing and neat. We had a few consultations in between the court hearings just to make sure we was on the same page and to make sure we stayed prepared for court. He was absolutely AMAZING and so polite. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone because he really made this divorce process as painless as he could for me. He was very understanding and really fought hard for me and my kids. At times I forgot he was my lawyer with as caring as he was. He would check on us all the time. He actually took the time to learn about my family and I so that he could represent us in the best way possible. He gets 5 stars from me I wish I could give him 100 because he really did his thing. Nick is an amazing attorney. He worked extremely hard on my case and took the time and effort necessary to make sure that I understood and was involved throughout the whole process. I was swamped in paperwork, nervous and confused by the "P"s and "R"s, etc. at the courthouse, Attorney Klymenko was at the next service window and overheard my confused questioning concerning the legal forms I was instructed to fill out. He offered to help me calmly & professionally helped me w...ith the legalese, I asked for his card and called him for an appointment. He was calm and understanding while I, having never been involved in any legal situation before, was a mess. He explained point by point what the options and expectations were and I calmed down and started thinking more rational. He's a very calm, intelligent and compassionate man, and attorney. He represented me in my case, it worked out much better than I imagined or expected. I would recommend Attorney Klymenko to any and everyone. I spoonfed this lawyer my case, I gave him an extravagant amount evidence against the defendant, paid him in full, he never turned evidence into the court which inevitably d us into a corner and having to settle because we couldn't hold the defendant in contempt and I could be held in contempt becaus...e he wasn't being permitted to use evidence on my behalf. So I had to lose a half day with my son, and move towards him creating an order that did not lead to direction we was intending because he didn't turn in evidence and was relying on an continuance (because he was hoping to be paid again, because he had just informed me the morning of my court date that we was just about up on his hired time), even though I advised him magistrate Oliver would not grant a continuance. She had further told him he had more than enough time to prepare. Now, my ex is going against my order he created (and she went against the first one too which is why we was in court the first time), and conspiring and refusing to let me see my son and hiring a different attorney to protect her. She is now held in contempt on a couple occasions and he informed me he could not help me any further without payment. Now, I'm gathering money together to pay him like he asked, and he dropped me. Right in the middle of a dilemma there is more evidence to support me than against me, and during a time i really need protected which he assured me from the start he would work so diligently to do, dropped me because he took on someone else's case. The only thing he did good for me was create a thorough order which my ex cannot twist, he did protect me and he took the easy way out. Do not hire this lawyer, he will lead you on, take your money, misrepresent you, then drop you when you need further protection and action.
