The Lawyer did not get anything done. Just put in a bunch of motions that were denied. Both him and the attorney he works under are worthless fighting for your childs custody or welfare. It is also Ohio courts, in general that do not care about fathers rights or caring for justice and the welfar...e of children. There is no justice.

I went to Nick because a friend recommended him. The biggest pros to Nick is that he works quick (it took about 3 months for the dissolution of marriage to be completed), he paid attention to the things that really mattered to me (creating a very detailed parenting plan), and he gave me updates on wh...at he was working on so communicating with him was very easy. I knew that if I ever had a question I could send an email or leave a message at the office and he would get back to me within the day. That was a great relief to me because this whole process is tense and stressful in general, but knowing what was going on helped to lower my stress levels. Another great thing about Nick is how he helped me on the day we went to court. I was very nervous and he helped to calm me down. He distracted me by just talking to me like you would a friend, he also reviewed what would happen in the courtroom, and after court he walked me to an office that I needed to get information from. I think he went above and beyond that day. The only con is that when I gave him a list of what I wanted in the parenting plan, not everything was changed all at once and I had to ask him to make those specific changes on more than one occasion. But like I said, my parenting plan was very detailed and there was a lot for him to include. So overall, I do believe we worked well together to get my needs, as well as my son's needs, met in the parenting plan and I am happy with how it turned out. He was a recommendation given to me and now I am recommending him to someone who needs help with a dissolution of marriage or divorce. Good luck!

I would like to thank Nick for all his help and guidance throughout the whole process of my divorce. His professionalism and knowledge of the law made a very difficult time much more bearable. I paid this man to be able to take care of my child support I was over paying on get my visitation and tried to get me to be able to claim my child at least every other year. Only thing he did for me was get my visitation. I am now doing my own child support worksheets in modification. He did not let... me know the Court's ruling until three weeks after the ruling. I had to get a hold of the Guardian at Litem to actually get it. Lesson learned. Make sure you have everything in writing that you want done
