I called Mr. Cravotta (out of the blue) seeking just a few moments of advice. Well, it ended up being a 30+minute phone call that lifted a big weight from my shoulders. I didn’t receive a narrow “here’s what you should do..” Rather, Mr. Cravotta empathized with my situation, and gave me different opt...ions to decide what would be best for ME. I could not thank him enough. He was very patient, very kind, and very honest with my available options. I am so grateful. After the phone call, I felt relieved, in short, that someone had my back.
