Just a bit about Ngozi Bolin, Esq.: She is always seeking to improve her skills including furthering her education via the Harvard Extension School. Ngozi has tried multiple cases to verdict successfully in both New York and California. She has represented people from all works of life, families, businesses, and high net worth individuals and recovered multi-million awards and settlements as part of the Cremin, et al v. Merrill Lynch Pierce, et al. class action lawsuit, and other cases. Some of her reported cases include: Louis Capital Markets, LP v. Refco Group Ltd., LLC, et al., 9 283, 801 N.Y.S.2d 490 (N.Y.Co. 2005) (Corporate espionage, unfair business practices, and employees’ fiduciary duties to employer); Giordano v. Thomson, et al., 438 F. 35 (E.D.N.Y. 2005); 2005 WL 4147932; 2006 WL 1882917; Davis v. Commercial Bank of New York, 275 F. 418 (S.D.N.Y. 2003) (Unwritten ERISA Plans and unjust enrichment). She has successfully tried medical malpractice cases, real estate cases, personal injury cases, contract cases, business disputes and other various matters to verdict, much to the delight of her clients.

The objective of the Bolin Firm is to help individuals and organizations understand their legal rights and responsibilities and help them resolve their legal disputes prior to being involved in an ill-advised and expensive lawsuit either as defendants or plaintiffs. The Bolin Firm charges a flat fee per hour.

You will be consulting with Ms. Bolin via telephone or video conferencing. If you wish a video consultation, please be sure to have the Zoom app downloaded and set up prior to the consultation.

The Bolin Firm provides only limited scope attorney-client relationship. Thus, the relationship is terminated once the consultation session you paid for is completed. You may come back for multiple consultation sessions, but, the relationship is terminated once each consultation session is over. There is no ongoing relationship. The firm allows you to book blocks of time and come back until you’ve exhausted the time you paid for. The Bolin Firm is not a referral service.
