You both did an excellent job in assisting my husband to get his green card. They both were available via email or phone call - and they alway...s answered all questions with solutions to any issues we had. The process was lengthy, however they walked us through every process detail. At the beginning of the process we were overwhelmed with all the paper work we had to provide and all the personal information needed only to start the process. Than we wait and wait . Patience is required each step take time. At times we were getting fustrated if you hear that it will take 2 or 3 months it's best to double the time. We wait 6 months to get our first approval. Let's not forget we were not the only one asking for a spouse visa. I have to mention the fact that we were not in the US and we had a 6 hours time differences.
