Nellie Nahal Navidi

Nellie Navidi is an immigration attorney at Weinstock Immigration Lawyers and manages the firm’s family immigration practice area. Nellie has practiced immigration law for more than a decade. Although she focuses primarily on family-based immigration and naturalization cases, she is experienced in all areas of immigration, including employment-based immigration and represented many Fortune 500 clients. She has worked as an attorney in multiple settings, including for the U.S. Government, Non-Profit Organization, large law firms, and her own immigration practice, giving her a comprehensive perspective and a diverse client base in immigration law.

Ms. Navidi previously held the position as Director of Immigration Services at the Latin American Association, where she assisted pro-bono and lower income individuals and families. Later, she was an Associate Attorney at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky, & Walker, where she guided executives and professional clients through their immigration applications in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to that, she managed her own immigration law firm. She has served on numerous liaison committees through the American Immigration Lawyers Association and worked directly with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office in Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to providing experience and dependability, Ms. Navidi focuses on the individual needs of each client. She understands that no two cases are alike. She dedicates the time to understand the issues affecting each client, as well as explaining very complicated immigration issues and the process to clients so they can understand and be fully informed. Nellie has a genuine concern and understanding of how much may be at stake after her family experienced corruption in a totalitarian regime. She immigrated to the U.S. at a young age and she witnessed firsthand how impactful immigration laws can be on a person going through a cultural and language change and is passionate about keeping the family unity for her clients. She provides compassion and dedication from start to finish for each of her clients to make sure someone fights for their security.
