Victor Spinelli

I have known Victor Spinelli over the past 13 years. I have taken legal advice from him for the past 11 years. In the past 3-4 month he recently gotten his North Carolina attorney license to strictly come after me after I separated from his daughter. Prior from that he only had his license in New Yor...k State. Practicing law without a license—the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL)—is illegal nationwide, covering activities like giving legal advice, drafting legal documents for others, or representing clients in court without bar admission. Violations can result in cease-and-desist orders, fines, misdemeanor charges, and incarceration. For the past 20 months he has written up separation agreements and has acted like a North Carolina lawyer. He has recently been submitted to the North Carolina and New York bar association for misconduct. A lawyer conflict of interest occurs when an attorney's duties or loyalties to one client, a former client, a third party, or their own personal interests interfere with their ability to zealously and competently represent another client, creating a risk that independent professional judgment is materially limited.
