Mr Fiser represented me on a court case. I didn't meet him until the day of court. Point blank he told me of a plea DA offered. He didn't ask me about the case. I gave him the information stating I was not guilty so he could verify it. Mr Fisers response that wasn't his job. It was his job he just di...dn't want to take the time to do it

I was facing two misdemeanors and one felony charge and didn't think I stood a chance of getting off. I thought at best I was going to have to plea to the two lesser charges and maybe get probation. I was in court three days and watched as case after case, defendants with paid attourney's getting fou...nd guilty and I thought to myself," I don't stand a chance. When my case came up, Mr Fiser was rattling off all these law numbers that were foreign to me. Much to my surprise, they dismissed my case. I was truly amazed at how he performed.
