Attorney Jones was a beacon of hope for me during a very rough time in my life. She navigated my case with professionalism, patience, and strong knowledge of the law. Though my case extended well past the time we anticipated (due to COVID) She remained poised and always stayed focused on our end goal.... If there were ever a time I needed help, she made time outside of her work hours to meet my needs. She made sure I made sound decisions in the process and was precise and clear when I needed to refocus. Attorney Jones has been with me for over 10 years and guided my family with numerous legal needs. I am weary of the anonymous responses about her ethical behavior and overall knowledge of the law. She is an honest attorney and doesn’t sugar coat the truth. Many can’t accept the truth that she gives b...ut that doesn’t make it less true. If you need honest legal help and want an honest rate for that service chose her! Not only did she charge me appropriately but was willing to work with us and always gave us updates on what the charges were used for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I met her in 2010 at the Patterson Illinois location...and she agreed to do a divorce for me for $850.00. I paid her $350 then $500. She was very unprofessional calling my husband a 'no good n**** and a mutha*****. I should've known by her unprofessionalism to tak...e heed. But his character wasn't the best so I didn't say anything. She never gave me any receipts for either of my payments. And then she decides to move her office way to Chicago and leave the Matteson Illinois location. She kept asking me to come down sign papers and more papers. Like what was taking so long. So...l missed an appointment and my husband missed a couple and she has her receptionist call me and she says she isn't going to do my divorce because we kept missing appointments. And she is moving back to North Carolina. Then she goes to tell me that, We are just gonna call it even. Since I wasted her time and she normally charges more for a divorce she wasn't gonna give me any of my funds back. Which I thought was very unprofessional. How are you just gonna keep my $850.00? And l had no receipts proving I paid her. She knew I had just lost my job and if I could take her to small claims court I would. But I have waited to long.

Attorney Jones is honest and straightforward. She does not always tell you what you want to hear but she tells you what you need to hear with legal guidance. She is compassionate about what she does and based all matters off facts. She does not leave you guessing or confused, she is transparent w...ith her legal delivery. She seems to hold herself accountable to her clients and will exhaust all avenues of resources/data in representation of her clients. She is personable yet professional. I have not regretted the legal work that she has done for me and my family. I have recommended her service to others who are looking for a good attorney. They too have been impressed. Save yourself. Not very knowledgeful in family law. I am very surprised at the reviews. Most of them must be from her friends and family. I had a strong case which suffered due to her poor advice and lack of action. "She is always on Vacation". Keeps you in the dark until you realise everything is l...ost. She is all about "how much money can I squeeze from this Client lawyer". Not a zealous attorney who puts "Client's interests first". Save yourself if you thinking of hiring her. You can find a much better lawyer for much less.
