Knew just what to do.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Ned on numerous cases throughout the past 26 years - first, while we were both associates at Post & Schell, P.C., in Philadelphia and later after he became a Partner at Anapol, Schwartz and I was the owner of my own law office in Allentown. During that time, Ned and I worked closely together on a number of major cases in which Ned's quick grasp of the facts and the applicable law and an articulable theory of the case made working with him easy. At one time, we worked together as co-counsel on a major highway design liability case against PennDOT, an engineering firm, and two independent contractors which resulted in a favorable settlement for our clients after many years of litigation in a difficult case, and Ned is a big reason for that successful result for both of our clients. He is smart, personable, thorough, and hard-working, and I would heartily recommend him for any matter within his areas of expertise, which includes sports law."
